Quotes, packages, and pricing

The services, packages, and prices on this site are for general information and may change without notice. Sending a quote request does not create a contract. Our work for you is governed by the written proposal, agreement, or invoice we agree on, which controls if it differs from anything on this site.

• Monthly content packages are month-to-month, with no long-term contract.
• Your monthly plan is paid in advance.
• To cancel, send written notice before the 15th of the previous month. Otherwise the following month is still billable.
• Vivid Media does not shoot weddings.

Our content

The videos, photos, text, logos, and design on this site belong to Vivid Media or are used with permission, including licensed stock footage. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute them without our written permission. Client work is shown with the client’s permission. Who owns, and how you may use, the videos we make for you is set out in your agreement with us.

What you send us

When you send us information or materials, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us.

Links to other websites

Links to other websites, such as Instagram and Facebook, are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No guarantees

We work hard to make videos that help your business grow, but we cannot guarantee specific results, such as a number of leads, calls, views, or sales. This website and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability
